About the Artist

Hola! My name is Rocio Martinez-Perez.

 

I’m a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Makeup Artist, the heart behind every brushstroke.

 

Originally from Virginia and raised in Wisconsin, I’ve always been drawn to creating. Whether it was through art, beauty, or the little details others might overlook, I found joy in helping people see something beautiful. As I grew older, I realized my passion wasn’t simply makeup—it was helping women recognize the beauty that has always been there.

Before focusing exclusively on Bridal and Special event Makeup, I had the privilege of working behind the scenes in the film industry with many respected artists from Chicago, L.A., and the United Arab Emirates. This strengthened my technical skills, adaptability and appreciation for creating makeup that looks beautiful both in person and on camera.

 

Since 2020, I’ve had the opportunity of working with hundreds of incredible women, each with their own story, personality, and vision. No two faces are the same, and that’s exactly what I love most. My goal has never been to transform you into someone you’re not. 

I specialize in timeless, soft glam makeup that enhances your natural beauty rather than covers it. I believe the most beautiful makeup is the kind that lets you shine first.

 

As an Esthetician, I know that beautiful makeup begins with healthy, cared-for skin. That’s why I continue to invest in education, techniques, and products that allow me to give every client not only beautiful results, but an experience they can truly enjoy.

 

Outside of makeup, my greatest role is being a mom to my sweet daughter, Rubi BellaRosa. Becoming her mother has shaped the woman I am today. She’s reminded me to slow down, to appreciate life’s meaningful moments, and to build a career rooted in kindness, authenticity, and purpose.

 

When you sit in my chair, I don’t just want you to leave loving your makeup. I want you to feel celebrated, cared for, and completely yourself. Whether you’re walking down the aisle, celebrating a milestone, or simply treating yourself, it’s an honor to be part of those moments.
